Metal-seated ball set includes a valve ball and two metal-to-metal ball seats. They are made for the severe service of abrasives, corrosives, high temperature or high-pressure applications.
We use different materials to fit customers’ different working condition. The basic process is Co/Ni coating ball or basic ball material with HVOF process Ni/ Co/ Tungsten Carbide/ Chrome Carbide coating.
